I've lost 51 pounds since we last met 10 months ago, and am still on the program. However, I don't consider it a "program" so much as a lifestyle change.  My cholesterol has gone down 150 points and my blood pressure is normal for the first time in a long time, resulting in my not having to take medication any longer.  The entire process has really been quite a no-brainer, so I think I've finally found the perfect way for me to eat. I just finished "Stop Your Cravings" and can't believe how it has finally
been able to connect so many pieces in my quest for the "right" lifestyle. 
As a 35-year-old stay at home mother of a 4-year-old son and 2-year-old

The principals of Ayurveda are constantly in my consciousness now, and it feels so right. I made the CCF tea and drastically cut back on my salads. I've also had no wheat. No gas or bloating!!


I am a vegetarian and have been a competitive bicycle racer since 1995 doing rides
and races like the Leadville 100, the Triple By-Pass, the Elephant rock century or the 200 mile Denver to Aspen ride. I can say have been able to train harder, and recover faster. I love the cheddar goat cheese and had it scrambled with and eggs and Ghee. And I had the Chai with the almond milk when I got home.  That was good too.  Natural foods have gotten much better in 20 years, at least there's more variety and flavor than what I remember from my college days.
