The Ayurvedic principles are universal and apply to any ethnic tradition including a typical American cuisine.

All of our cooking classes are based on the fundamental principals of:

  • Organic, seasonal ingredients, whenever possible
  • Cruelty-free ingredients and products
  • Alternatives to wheat gluten, dairy. The recipes can be adapted to dietary restrictions, food allergies and sensitivities
  • Low simple carbohydrates, low glycemic index foods and lots of veggies.
  • Traditional ethnic flavors and ingredients to build great flavor and satisfy cravings
  • Clean, lean proteins and healthy fats.
  • Easy to prepare meal ideas that taste delicious.
