Cooking Classes
The Ayurvedic principles are universal and apply to any ethnic
tradition including a typical American cuisine.
All of our cooking classes are based on the fundamental
principals of:
- Organic, seasonal ingredients, whenever possible
- Cruelty-free ingredients and products
- Alternatives to wheat gluten,
dairy. The recipes can be adapted to dietary restrictions, food
allergies and sensitivities
- Low simple carbohydrates, low
glycemic index foods and lots of veggies.
- Traditional ethnic flavors and
ingredients to build great flavor and satisfy cravings
- Clean, lean proteins and healthy
fats.
- Easy to prepare meal ideas that
taste delicious.
Our goal is to teach you how to cook, not how to follow
a recipe
